September 19, 2015: Early Teal Hunting in Kansas

Every year we manage to squeeze a couple blind work/dove hunt mornings in during the early teal segment. Sure, we bring some waders, a few teal decoys, and some steel shot along and pretend while we are out there – and occasionally, we even get a couple shots in. Me, I just took the camera this morning. Let the other boys wield the boom-sticks. Group of four finished nicely, and had a very nice group of 30-40 tease us up high.

Just nice to see a few down and in our area.
