This was actually a lot of fun. Playing with the waning light of a dark and cloudy day, getting my “props” out and shining things up, my daughter in front of a camera is always fun for both of us – all made this particular afternoon a unique – and really, pretty darn cool – way to pass a few hours. Must give a wee bit of love to Simmons Gun Repair, who did some custom work on my SKS, installing the TimberSmith thumbhole stock and for doing all the custom tweaking on my Sig M400. They also did the Simguard Finish on the shotgun. Great folks, and some of the best gunsmithing in the nation, as you may have heard me talk about before.
