NOVEMBER 25-27, 2015: Back Home for Waterfowl

Back home for the second half of the grind – after 4 days of trekking all over the state of Kansas – with a couple slow, but notable hunts, getting a banded mallard on Friday.

Made up for a slow morning in the blind by getting crafty in the kitchen. Turned some pheasant into fajitas for lunch…

… followed by some pheasant fettuccine Alfredo for dinner.
