Abby got an invite from Eli Stack to participate in a casual lifestyle shoot with a “fairgrounds” theme out at the Lee’s Summit Octoberfest back in September. It just so happens that Eli is one of the photographers I most admire in Kansas City. So I was just giddy when he personally invited me to tag along. I was not about to pass up an opportunity to shoot with and learn from someone of Eli’s caliber.
As usual, I was a bit under-equipped (and under-skilled) once it got a little darker, but had a blast working with and learning from Eli and hanging with this group of talented models. And even got a couple decent shots.
